This policy applies to hosting and related recurring services accepted by ParTay Development LLC, doing business as ParTay Studios. The accepted order controls any service-specific term that expressly differs.

Service periods and recurring charges

Recurring services use 30-day service periods unless the accepted order states otherwise. Before payment, the order or checkout must show the initial charge, recurring amount, renewal frequency and date, applicable taxes and add-ons, cancellation method, and treatment of any initial or partial period.

Payments are normally final

Payments are nonrefundable once a service period begins, including unused time after voluntary cancellation, setup work, licenses, usage, additional addresses, third-party charges, and termination for an Acceptable Use Policy violation. This rule does not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Refund and correction exceptions

Contact billing support promptly for a duplicated or unauthorized charge, a charge inconsistent with the accepted order, or a service that ParTay declines before provisioning. ParTay will investigate and issue any correction or refund required by the accepted order or applicable law. A payment dispute does not itself cancel future renewal.

Cancellation

Use the cancellation method identified in the account or accepted order before the renewal time shown for the service. Cancellation stops future renewal after the effective cancellation date and ordinarily leaves a paid service available through the purchased period unless suspension is required for nonpayment, security, unlawful activity, abuse, or material breach.

Nonpayment and grace period

An unpaid invoice receives a five-calendar-day grace period after its due date. A service may be limited or suspended during the grace period and may be cancelled after it ends. Reconnection, recovery, replacement licensing, or third-party costs may require a new quoted charge. ParTay does not guarantee continued operation or data recovery after the grace period.

Customer data and backups

You are responsible for maintaining independent, current, tested backups outside the hosted service. Do not rely on the grace period, RAID, snapshots, redundancy, or an optional backup feature as your only copy. Export required data before cancellation, expiration, or delinquency. Data may be deleted after termination and may be impossible to recover.
