This policy applies to every customer, authorized user, workload, application, game community, domain, address, and service using ParTay Studios infrastructure. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their services.
Use services lawfully and responsibly
You must follow applicable law, the rights of others, provider rules disclosed for the service, and reasonable operational instructions. Do not use a service to harm people, systems, networks, or communities.
Illegal and high-risk activity
You may not use services for fraud, theft, trafficking, unlawful threats, exploitation, malware distribution, credential theft, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity. Workloads designed primarily to conceal or facilitate unlawful conduct are prohibited.
Attacks, scanning, and network abuse
- No denial-of-service attacks, reflection or amplification, packet floods, or attack coordination.
- No unauthorized scanning, interception, exploitation, password attacks, or penetration testing.
- No spoofing, route manipulation, open relays, public proxies, or attempts to evade authentication, isolation, rate limits, or monitoring unless expressly authorized by the accepted order.
Any included DDoS mitigation is not permission to attract, commission, test, or participate in attacks. Its scope is limited to the accepted order.
Content, messaging, and intellectual property
You must hold the rights needed for hosted software, media, game resources, modifications, brands, and other content. Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive headers, address harvesting, purchased recipient lists, mail bombing, piracy, license circumvention, and stolen data are prohibited.
Resource and infrastructure use
Do not materially degrade shared infrastructure or exceed the limits of an accepted order. Mining, scraping, automated jobs, relays, resale, high-volume traffic, or unusually intensive workloads require a product profile that expressly allows them. Maintain supported software, reasonable security controls, accurate contacts, and prompt remediation of compromised systems.
Game-community responsibilities
Game-server customers must respect publisher and platform rules, protect player information, moderate unlawful content, and maintain lawful rights to scripts, mods, maps, assets, and monetization. A community’s rules do not override this policy.
Investigation and enforcement
ParTay may request information or corrective action and may warn, rate-limit, isolate, suspend, remove content where legally permitted, or terminate a service. Immediate action may be taken when delay could harm people, infrastructure, customers, or legal compliance. Termination for a violation does not create a refund or service credit.
Report abuse responsibly
Use the abuse report form or send formal notices to admin@partaydevelopment.com. Include the affected IP address or hostname, timestamps with timezone, a concise description, and relevant evidence. Do not include passwords, private keys, payment data, or unrelated personal information.
